Beth Hosek (she/they) is a doctoral student at George Mason University, specializing in Educational Psychology and Research Methods. Her research focus is on the self-regulated learning of middle school students with adverse childhood experiences, and has done work in self-regulation, motivation, and school violence. Outside of these academic pursuits, Beth is an avid hiker and reader, spending lots of time in the Shenandoah Mountains or buried in books.
