Eloise is a PhD candidate at the University of Southern California researching comparative social learning cognition in chimpanzees and children. She recently conducted several studies at Ngamba Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Uganda, exploring how chimpanzees respond to conflicting information during social learning tasks. She also carried out a similar study with British children. Outside of her thesis work, Eloise can be found running, rock climbing, or singing in the USC choir.
