Alexa is a PhD student studying decision-making across the lifespan at Concordia University in Montreal Canada. She completed her BA in psychology at McGill and her MA in psychology a Concordia. Her main research interests include decision-making strategies and cognitive control changes across the lifespan. Alexa is currently involved in projects examining the neural mechanisms supporting various decision-making strategies and how they change in older adults as well as changes in meta-control across the lifespan. Alexa is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Concordia’s Journal of Accessible Psychology (CJAP) and liaison for Concordia’s Journal of Psychology and Neuroscience (CJPN).
