Author: Samantha Dow

Samantha is currently a PhD candidate for Neuroscience at the George Washington University. Her work is primarily focused on neural control of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Specifically, she is interested in understanding how cellular senescence in the brain may contribute to sex differences in hypertension. Beyond her current project, she also has a long-term interest in autism spectrum disorders. Outside of the lab, Samantha can be found exercising, reading, or trying to sharpen her artistic abilities.
